If you’re afflicted with bird mites there’s something wrong with your immune system.

If you’re finding this, you’ve probably already reached the point of exhaustion. You’re not crazy, and you’re not alone.
But I’m going to tell you something you might not want to hear:
If mites have taken over your body, your immune system has crashed.

I know how that sounds—I didn’t want to believe it either. At first, I told myself I was just dealing with some lingering fatigue from past health issues. But the truth was, I was in full-blown denial. It wasn’t until mites started pouring from my skin and holes were forming across my body that I realized something much bigger was going on.

I had:

  • Parasites

  • Toxic mold exposure

  • Heavy metals

  • Fungal overgrowth

  • And a completely wrecked immune system

I kept trying to treat the mites, not realizing my internal terrain was the real problem. The more compromised my body became, the worse the infestation got. And once your system is overrun, it’s not just you who suffers—your entire living space becomes contaminated, and eventually, the people around you start feeling it too.

That doesn’t mean everyone’s body will respond the same way. Mites are opportunistic—they go after the weak. Not everyone in the same house will feel them the way you do, and that doesn’t make you delusional. It means your body is waving a red flag.

Here’s Where to Start:

Write down your symptoms. All of them. Not just the crawling or stinging—everything that feels “off.” That’s your map back to health.

There is a way out—but it starts with understanding that mites are just the surface layer.

You’ve got to dig deeper. Clean your internal terrain. And I’m here to help you do that.
